At MNA Traders, we aim to provide reliable and convenient delivery services throughout Pakistan. Please read the following Shipping Policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan, subject to courier service availability.

Delivery may be available to:

Karachi
Lahore
Islamabad/Rawalpindi
Faisalabad
Multan
Peshawar
Quetta
Hyderabad
Other serviceable cities and areas across Pakistan

Some remote or restricted locations may have limited delivery availability.

2. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the applicable delivery option, order value, destination, package size/weight, and other applicable factors.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your order.

From time to time, MNA Traders may offer free shipping promotions subject to the terms of the applicable promotion.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations.

For COD orders:

Payment is collected when the order is delivered.
Customers should keep the required amount ready.
We may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
COD availability may depend on location, product, order value, and courier requirements.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after successful order placement and, where required, confirmation by our team.

We aim to dispatch orders as soon as reasonably possible.

Processing time may vary depending on:

Product availability
Order volume
Order verification
Public holidays
Unexpected circumstances

Orders may be delayed if the customer provides incomplete or incorrect information.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

As a general guideline:

Karachi: approximately 1–3 business days

Major cities: approximately 2–5 business days

Other/remote areas: approximately 3–7 business days or longer

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery times.

Courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, security restrictions, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or tracking information after their order has been dispatched.

Customers can use the provided tracking information to check the status of their shipment.

7. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

Full name
Phone number
Complete delivery address
City/area
Relevant landmark

MNA Traders is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses to receive the order, the shipment may be returned to MNA Traders.

Additional delivery or return charges may apply where permitted.

Repeated failed COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

9. Returned-to-Origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to us because the customer:

Refuses the parcel
Does not respond to the courier
Provides an incorrect address
Is unavailable after repeated delivery attempts

the order may be treated as Returned to Origin (RTO).

For future orders, MNA Traders may require advance payment or restrict COD availability for customers with repeated RTO orders.

10. Damaged Packages

Customers should check the condition of the package at the time of delivery where possible.

If the package appears significantly damaged, please contact MNA Traders as soon as possible.

For product damage or incorrect products, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Where applicable, we may request photographs/videos of the parcel and product to investigate the issue.

11. Delivery Delays

MNA Traders is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Courier operational issues
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Road closures
Security situations
Natural disasters
Incorrect customer information
Other unforeseen circumstances

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking delayed shipments.

12. International Shipping

At this time, MNA Traders primarily focuses on delivery within Pakistan.

International shipping, if offered in the future, will be subject to separate shipping charges, delivery terms, customs duties, taxes, and applicable regulations.
